The law 990/1969 requires that each motor vehicle or trailer standing or proceeding onward an open street have third party insurance. Historically, a piece of the endorsement of insurance must be displayed on the windscreen of the vehicle. Those harmed or enduring property harm/misfortune because of uninsured drivers can guarantee against the Motor Insurance Bureau of Ireland's uninsured drivers finance, as can those harmed from attempt at manslaughter offenses.
